The project aim is to consolidate and develop the exchange of food products from Italian-Tunisian integrated sectors using a distinctive quality label called “QUALIMED” for the international markets. This quality label will be focused on the harmonization of Tunisian and EU regulations on quality standards, food safety and tracking from primary production up to commercialization. Expected Results: - preparation of a procedures manual to define the stakeholders and their role in the creation of the QUALIMED label and a marketing study in Sicily and Tunisia; - development of a manual and practical training addressed to Sicilian and Tunisian operators; organisation of seminars to promote the implementation of control plans, in order to support the involved actors for the on line implementation of traceability procedures.
