The Project «Local Initiatives for the Environment in the Mediterranean» aims to promoting the actions of NGO for the environment in the Mediterranean as well as the governance of local policies in the field of environment in the Mediterranean area. This promotion is achieved by boosting the capacities of NGO and their members, both volunteers and professionals, in the field of environment and improving the cooperation process between environmental NGO and local communities on the implementation of environmental policies.
