                                                 The National Network for the Surveillance of Phytoplankton and Toxic Algae (ALPHyNET) is aimed at the development and implementation, within an intersectoral framework, of the national strategy for monitoring of phytoplankton and toxic algae and an inventory and national database of different toxic algal species of the Algerian coast.
