Environment related economic development as transition of fishery based livelihoods to aquaculture through stock-enhancement. This is achieved by installation of soft-engineering artificial structures and processed (marine-ready) agricultural fertilizers contracting microbial biomass and seafood and purpose build enclosures for captive holding. Strategically, along side this type of intervention, the identification of submerged freshwater is key to un-constraining capacity building efforts in resource limited regions.
